Text Box Login
If you are unable to login, contact
the webmaster or refer to your Welcome Mail. Your password will then be reset and your Welcome Mail reissued.
Quick Start Guide
To begin using your account, we recommend the following starting points ...
FrontPage
Check to see whether FrontPage is installed or uninstalled as necessary. If you are not using it, we recommend you turn it off.
Replace this Index page
Login to your Control Panel using one of the above links. Go to the "file manager" icon. Click on the folder icon next to "public_html". Find the file named "index.html" and click on it (a new menu will open in the right hand frame). You can then edit, delete or rename this file and insert your own homepage.
Set up Email
From your Control Panel, find the "mail" icon. Click on "Manage/Add/Remove Accounts". Click on "add account". Insert your required email name and password. Click "create". Please note that email will not properly function until the domain is firmly nested on our servers.
Upload Files
Your public web files and folders need to be placed in the "public_html" directory for them to be visible on the Internet. You can use any FTP application or use the "file manager" facility from the Control Panel. You might like to upload a few test pages to check the connection.
Scripts
If building a new site, check out the "fantastico" icon for a wealth of free scripts that can be installed through a simple "point and click" auto-wizard.
Domains
Please note the following with regard domain names ...
New Registration
If you are registering a new domain it will take up to 24-48 hours for the domain to fall into place on our servers. Until the domain is in place, email will not function.
Transfer
If you are transferring a domain, you can make the DNS changes at any time however, if your site is presently live, we recommend only changing the DNS details once your site has been uploaded and tested on our servers.
